how to get here and what to do when you are here

Google maps is not correct!  If you are coming from the south and heading north on Wessie Road do not take Thornapple Road.  We are at the north end of Wessie Road.  If you are on Wessie Road just keep coming until you see us!

You can put in crossroads of Wessie and Romig Hill and it will get you to our corner.  You can see the farm from there.  Come up the driveway and park in front of the double sheds.

Once you are here you need to check in-Check the farm store first-if we aren't there then please come to the double doors in the long steel building

and yell-we are probably working in the fiber mill.   Once you check in you may purchase feed for the animals (if you didn't online) and then you are

free to wander around.  If you would rather have a guided tour we can usually accomodate that request for an additional fee.  You may feed any of

the animals but please remember to hold your hand flat when feeding.   Donkeys and goats are pretty greedy!  Beware the goats might nibble on

your clothing to get your attention.

There are some pens we do not allow you to go into for safety reasons.  The llamas will eat from your hand over the fence-we are not allowing

people into their pen.  The poultry has no admittance as they can be viewed thru the fence.  The geese are just viewable thru the fence at this time

and the pigs-please do not feed them or go into their pen unless you have a staff member with you.  Currently there is a boar in with the girls.

If you wish to have a guided tour and didn't book it online please just let us know and we will set you right up!

There is no time limit on how long you can visit with the animals but we do close our doors at 5:00 pm so we can allow time to clean all the animal

pens and do our evening chores.

For large parties or a special time or event please give us a call-we will do our best to make your request happen!

We do have several picnic tables for you to use if you wanted to bring a picnic lunch or even some wine and crackers!
